《中英文学作品中的文化翻译研究》分为三个部分，“Foreignization Strategy in the Translation of Chinese Culture-Specific Items—A Case Study of Moment in Peking”“Imagery in Poetry—A Contrastive Study”“George Eliot's Tragic Vision”，针对翻译是一种重要的跨文化交际活动，是不同文化间进行交流的桥梁，但是文化的个性所衍生出来的大量文化专有项给文化间的顺畅交流和翻译造成了障碍这一现象，论述了文化专有项直接反映文化独特之处，在翻译中对其的处理方法是影响中国文化对外宣传效果的一个关键因素等。
